In the summer of 2021, chef Amandine Chaignot will open her second address in Paris, a café-bistro named Café de Luce in the heights of Montmartre.

Chef Amandine Chaignot is preparing to open her second restaurant in Paris. After the 11th arrondissement, it is in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, on the heights of Montmartre, that the chef will put down her suitcases and knives in the summer of 2021.

While Pouliche honors market and seasonal cuisine, this new address, called Café de Luce, intends to give back its letters of nobility to this French bistro cuisine that we love so much and that comforts us in the blink of an eye.

"Luce was my grandmother, she was the one who brought me my first cooking emotions, my first apple pie, my first mayonnaise, it's the cuisine I love and that I want to share with my family, my friends and my guests," explains Chef Chaignot .

Inspired by the mythical Parisian cafés and the cuisine of her grandmother Luce, this new restaurant has been set up in the Place du Théâtre de l'Atelier, the neighborhood where Amandine Chaignot has lived for the past 10 years. In a 100% Parisian atmosphere, the Café de Luce will offer, from morning to night without interruption, the great classics of French bistros, with a Chaignot twist.

On the large terrace, you can enjoy Luce's version of boiled eggs, frogs' legs with almond parsley, Salers beef tartar with herbs, or the glazed cauliflower velouté with herb oil and toasted bread. And to finish with sweetness, a nice slice of pie, to be accompanied by a cocktail based on liqueurs brought up to date, fennel, Absinthe, Dubonnet and Picon in mind.

Café de Luce also offers a take-away menu with a selection of signature croissants in sweet or savory versions, such as the goat cheese and figs with hazelnuts croissant, the spinach and fourme croissant, the snails in parsley croissant or the sweetened dark chocolate praline croissants with almond cream and candied pear.
