A brasserie that the editorial staff was able to test. We were tempted by the salmon and avocado tartar and the eggs Benedict... To fall! The plates are copious, well balanced and well seasoned. After these beautiful plates, we finish in beauty with the desserts just as tasty: a plate of pancakes, as well as a plate of brioche perdue and its ball of ice cream with salted butter caramel. A real treat! Special mention for the brioche perdue, one of the house's hits.
