A brasserie that the editors were able to try out. We were tempted by the salmon-avocado tartar and eggs Benedict... To die for! The plates are hearty, well-balanced and well-seasoned. After these fine plates, we finished on a high note with the equally tasty desserts: a plate of crêpes, as well as a plate of brioche perdue and its scoop of salted butter caramel ice cream. A real treat! Special mention for the brioche perdue, one of the house's hits.
