Dior Paris 30 Montaigne, boutique - museum, café and restaurant

Dior Paris 30 Montaigne has finally reopened its doors after more than two years of renovation, and now reveals its new look and new features. Now much more than a boutique, the 10,000 m2 Dior Montaigne brings together a boutique, private suite, café, garden, museum and restaurant. Not only will you be able to shop the iconic creations of the famous House of Haute-Couture and Jewelry, but you can also sleep, have your make-up done, discover the House's iconic works, eat a pastry or dine in a refined restaurant.

The boutique offers 2,200 m2 of space imagined by the trio of designers - Maria Grazia Chiuri for the women's universe, Kim Jones for the men's, and Victoire de Castellane for the jewelry lines. From bags and jewelry to tableware and beauty products, it's all there.

The Galerie, a veritable museum, offers a 2,000m² space that takes us through the 75-year history of the House of Dior. We discover pieces from the collections and even some rooms that have remained untouched, such as the mannequin cabin or the designer's office. Models, original sketches, archive documents, accessories and exceptional pieces are on display for the first time. Admission to the museum is €12 , by reservation only.

The Galerie Dior is the must-see spot for fashion lovers in Paris! Located in the historic mansion at 30 Montaigne, it invites visitors to plunge into the heart of the fabulous universe of the House of Christian Dior. On the first floor, under a beautiful, luminous glass roof (but also outside), we discover a planted space, à nous la Pâtisserie Dior ! Three gardens have been created in the space with landscape gardener Peter Wirtz, and plantings will be renewed every month. Throughout the day, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., the patisserie and hot drinks counter awaits you for a moment of relaxation. Under the direction of Jean Imbert, this café-tea room offers a wide range of cakes, including Etoile Dior à la vanille (20€), Tarte au chocolat (22€), the classic and timeless Flan à la vanille (17€), Tarte aux agrumes (22€) and the astonishing Coco aux fruits exotiques (17€).

At snack time, a"Tea Time" offer is available, with a choice of Soufflé Noisette (17€) or Millefeuille vanille- caramel et zestes d'agrumes (16). Serve with a chausse drink, classic or vegetal. Count €8 for a coffee and €14 for a Matcha Latte.

For the first time in its history, Dior Paris Montaigne has a restaurant called Monsieur Dior. Located on the second floor of the building, this Peter Marino-designed restaurant, with doors opening onto the boutique and the café's large glass roof, is sure to seduce with its simple, generous and refined offering. On the menu, chef Jean Imbert, now chef at the nearby Plaza Athénée, signs the menu.

Highlights include "Colle Noire" soup (€25), "New Look" Croque (€38),"Christian Dior" Egg (€60), Turbot à la Cubaine and Entrecôte frites du défilé (€45).

Starters include Daurade au Couteau (28€), Tourteau de Granville (36€), Langoustines cru aux agrumes (36€) and Pomme de Terre & Caviar (96€). Vegetable dishes include Goat's Ravioli with sweet pepper (29€), Tomato & Olive Gnocchi (35€), Green Vegetable Risotto (29€) and Roasted Carrots with Sauterne & Clementines (29€).

Also on the menu are salads ranging from 26€ to 48€ for the Mâche and Black Truffle version. Dishes include Sole à notre convenance (56€), Coquillages et Poireaux (44€), Poularde Rôtie et pommes Anna (38€) and Filet de Veau "Monsieur Dior " (56€).

Finally, La Suite Dior, a revisited illustration of French art de vivre, allows guests to sleep in for a night, fulfilling Peter Marino's wish to create a place where "people take their time and are at ease; time, like space, light and these gardens are for me the most important point of this address".
