New Year's Eve 2023-2024 at Bouillon Chartier at low prices

The legendary bouillon Chartier is open every day of the year, and it's only natural that the Parisian brasserie should open its doors to us for New Year's Eve 2023-2024. On the evening of December 31st, head to the three bouillon Chartier addresses, on rue du Faubourg Montmartre, boulevard du Montparnasse and opposite the Gare de l'Est, for a festive dinner at a low price.

For this special day, there's no single menu, just Bouillon Chartier's traditional à la carte offerings. Among Chartier's must-tries, perfect for a festive evening, are the famous hard-boiled eggs with mayonnaise (2€), pink shrimps with mayonnaise (4€), celery remoulade (2.70€), frisée salad with bacon (4.50€)...

But also oven-roasted sea bream (13.80€), butcher's cut and French fries (13.20€), veal blanquette (11.50€), veal head with gribiche sauce (10.80€), Alsatian sauerkraut (11€), Aveyron sausage and mashed potatoes (9.80€) ; as well as 100% franchouillard desserts, such as moelleux au chocolat (4€), riz au lait (2.80€), mousse au chocolat (3.20€) and chou chantilly (3.80€).

At this price, you're eating in an original setting, listed as a Monument Historique with colorful stained glass windows, wood-framed mirrors and leather banquettes worthy of the 1900s.
