Easter 2025 at the Lutetia, a hazelnut collection with pop-up and tea time by Nicolas Guercio

One of the most beautiful and gourmet Easter creations is the Lutetia Paris. Every year, talented chef Nicolas Guercio raises his reeds to delight us even more. And with his mastery of the sweet arts, the pleasure is as much in the eye as in the plate.

For Easter 2025, the chef has decided to put hazelnuts in the spotlight with an exclusive chocolate and pastry collection. Thesignature Noisette Egg, the centerpiece of this range, is made from milk chocolate and roasted hazelnuts, wrapped in a thin sheet of dark chocolate.

A creation inspired by a walk in the Beauvais forest, when the chef and his children discovered a hazelnut, giving birth to the idea of three giant hazelnuts in different shapes. This return to his roots led to a collaboration with Alain and Marie-Eve Desboudard-Berni, French artisans of the cazette, a hazelnut with historic know-how dating back to the XIXᵉ century.

Another highlight is theEaster Afternoon Tea, held throughout April on Saturdays, Sundays and Monday April 21 from 3pm to 6pm (68€). On the menu:Noisette entremet, Noisette viennoiserie and Noisette cake, to be enjoyed in the warm atmosphere of the palace.

Children have not been forgotten: in partnership with La Pelucherie de Paris, Lutetia is offering"Léo", a plush squirrel in a soft hazelnut color, for sale. This endearing companion is available in a pack with thesignature Œuf Noisette for €160.
