To celebrate Easter in style, the Waldorf Astoria Versailles - Trianon Palace is offering a chocolate creation that smacks of spring. Reflecting the season's renewal, Pastry Chef Eddie Benghanem has created a unique Easter egg: "L'Envol du Printemps", an artistic Easter egg inspired by the delicacy of Japanese nature. Available to order from March 14 and to collect from April 1 to 27, 2025, this piece is priced at 45 euros, an invitation to gourmet poetry in a royal setting.

As if waking up to a soft morning, a dark chocolate bird sits on a cocoa tree trunk, accompanied by sugar flowers resembling spring buds. The whole evokes those suspended moments in the gardens of the Château, when Versailles is adorned with light and the first flowers emerge. We love these unique Easter chocolates, no two of which are alike, and all of which are the result of the talented chef's artistic, hand-crafted paste.

The work is not only beautiful: it's also delicious. To complete this sensory experience, an almond and chocolate cake, topped with a creamy ganache and crunchy praline, accompanies it like a sweet echo to walks under the cherry trees.
