Julien Chamblas' Galettes des rois gourmandes at Paris Baguette 2023

For Epiphany 2023,Julien Chamblas, head pastry chef at the Paris Baguette artisan bakery, is offering us not one but two galettes des rois to delight gourmands. Classic with frangipane or original, it's up to you to choose your affordable weapons!

The first galette des rois 2023, designed by Julien Chamblas, is a traditional galette, with a lightly caramelized, crunchy puff pastry, topped with a generous almond frangipane cream .

The pastry chef's second creation for this Epiphany is more original, a pistachio cherry galette. To his frangipane cream, Julien Chamblas adds pistachio and morello cherry preserves, for an even more gourmet touch.

With 20 years' experience, Julien Chamblas has what it takes to delight your discerning palate. His motto,"Du beau pour y venir, du bon pour y revenir", reflects his commitment to offering pastries that are both artisanal and artistic, where visuals and taste are entirely dedicated to pleasure and gourmandise.
