As soon as the holidays are over, we're back at it again! ForEpiphanie 2024, l'Éclair de Génie has created a round-shaped galette des rois 2024 featuring... almonds, of course! With this new signature galette, the pastry chef focuses above all on French know-how.

Throughout the month of January 2024, you'll be able to enjoy this galette des rois, imagined by Christophe Adam and directly inspired by his famous"croissant amande", sold in the various Éclair de Génie boutiques and one of the house's best-sellers. To tantalize your taste buds, Christophe Adam of l'Éclair de Génie unveils a creation based on the traditional galette des rois recipe, with an almond cream and a Madagascar vanilla cream. The whole is topped with almond tuiles for even more deliciousness.
