France's Best Bakery, season 13: here are the 10 bakeries competing in Paris
"La meilleure boulangerie de France" is back with a new 13th season, airing on M6 since November 10. After traveling along the French Riviera and through western Occitanie, the gourmet show is stopping in Paris from Monday, December 1 to Thursday, December 4, 2025. So, who are the contestants in the capital? Here is the list of the 10 Parisian bakeries competing this week! [Read more]
Each day, the bakeries will compete in four gourmet events:
Bruno Cormerais will go out to meet local producers and craftsmen - farmers, fishermen, growers... - to help us discover a local product that the two bakers of the day will have to sublimate through an original bakery creation.
For her part, Chiara Serpaggi will be proposing her best sweet creations using set ingredients, which she will then submit to the bakeries. Will they be able to surprise the jury with their creations?
As for Michel Sarran, he'll be preparing a regional savory dish and challenging the bakers to come up with a baked product that goes perfectly with it. Flavored bread, puff pastries, breadsticks... What will be the perfect match between bakery and cuisine?
Despite her talent, Chiara Serpaggi is well aware of the challenge of her place on the jury. "Noëmie Honiat is a huge crowd-pleaser. I'm afraid of being judged on my young age... But this show is one of the greatest challenges of my life", she confides.
His arrival on the show testifies to the recognition of his expertise and dynamism. An intense week awaits the contestants, with challenges that are sure to delight bakery and patisserie enthusiasts! Discover Chiara Serpaggi's creations on her website: L'Atelier de Chiara!
