The RoissyBus will cease operations on March 1, 2026. Starting from this date, it will no longer be possible to take this express bus to reach Charles de Gaulle Airport from Place de l’Opéra in Paris. So, what are the alternative ways to get to Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport aside from the RER B? From March 1, 2026, travelers—tourists, Parisians, and residents—will have a new option: the new express bus line 9517.
This new bus line aims to facilitate travel between Paris and the renowned airport located in the Val-d’Oise. Equipped with the same buses as RoissyBus, the new line 9517 will connect Argenteuil to Roissypôle, just a few minutes’ walk from the airport, passing through Saint-Denis. According to Île-de-France Mobilités (IDFM), "it will offer a direct route between Saint-Denis-Pleyel and Roissy Airport."
"All vehicles are equipped with luggage compartments and hold space," states IDFM. Travel time will depend on traffic conditions, but on average, it should take between 30 and 45 minutes to reach the Paris airport from Saint-Denis Pleyel station.
Now, where exactly is the 9517 bus stop? What are the schedules and fares for boarding? Here’s everything you need to know about this new express line, which will start circulating on March 1, 2026.

For passengers wishing to travel from central Paris to Roissy CDG, they will need to use the Metro Line 14 to Saint-Denis-Pleyel. This station is also accessible via the Line 13 of the metro, the RER D, and bus lines 139 and 255. From Saint-Denis-Pleyel, travelers can then catch the 9517 to directly reach Roissypôle. The bus can also be boarded at Argenteuil station, connected via Line J of the Transilien network.
As for schedules, Île-de-France Mobilités has announced that the line will run daily from 5:10 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.. The frequency? On weekdays, buses will operate every 15 minutes from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., then every 30 minutes at other times. On weekends, expect a bus every 20 minutes during the day and every 30 minutes in the evening.
So, what ticket should you buy, and how much does a ride cost on the 9517? IDFM states that the journey is free for holders of a Navigo pass (annual or monthly subscription). Aside from that, the line is accessible with a Bus-Tram ticket: €1.64 with the Passe Navigo Liberté +, €2.05 with the Passe Navigo Easy, or €2.55 if you purchase a contactless card or SMS ticket for onboard access.
