Two years after the Olympic thrill, the continent's top swimmers converge in the 50‑meter pool to duel across the four iconic strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly, not to mention the explosive relays.
From morning heats to evening finals under the glow of the spotlights, the competition promises an intense show where every hundredth of a second will count toward clinching the European title. For this centenary edition, it is the Centre Aquatique Olympique (CAO) in Saint-Denis that serves as the stage for these aquatic duels.
The long-course events will take place in the second half of the calendar, from Monday, August 10 to Sunday, August 16, 2026.
