A must-seerooftop in the capital, the Molitor 's roof terrace awaits us once again this spring-summer 2025 for moments of relaxation and indulgence.

When the warm weather arrives, Molitor's rooftop is transformed into a veritable hanging garden, offering a sensory oasis in which to recharge your batteries. This unmissable spot is sure to delight, with its summer menu and cocktails set to the rhythm of live music. What's more, the unobstructed view of the outdoor pool and the panoramic views of Paris are sure to fill you with wonder.

On one side, discover the restaurant and its à la plancha cuisine, featuring raw produce, salads and market fish. On the other, the solarium features aperitifs to share and a selection of refreshing cocktails.

Open every day from lunchtime to evening, this 500m² space features a large bar facing uphill, and a 143-seat brasserie on the restaurant side. Note that the louvers on the restaurant side allow us to enjoy lunch sheltered from the sun, while the other half allows us to enjoy a drink in the sun.

Under the direction of chef Tony Goncalvez, the rooftop comes alive with Mediterraneanflavors . The menu, based on seasonal produce and shareableplates , focuses on freshness and indulgence . The light , refined desserts imagined by Camilla Dambrosio prolong the pleasure right down to the last sweet note . Cédric Doux oversees the entire catering operation , with the ambition of reflecting the Molitorart of living , in an atmosphere that is at once convivial, elegant and festive.

For the third year, Molitor has teamed up with St~Germain, a French elderflowerliqueur , to offer a floral and sparklingcocktail menu , ideal for summer evenings on the rooftop.

From the classic St-Germain Spritz to its seasonal variant, the summer St-Germain Spritz, not forgetting original concoctions such as the Parisian Jungle, Basil Instinct, Palomita and Terre Battue... All you have to do is make your choice. Accompanied by cheese and charcuterie boards to share, you're all set to enjoy the evening with friends.

We come here to enjoy the 360° view of the whole of Paris and the legendary Molitor swimming pool, seated in furnished banquettes or on tables overlooking the pool. Note that prices are on the high side and that the place is a little out of the way in terms of public transport. It's a ten-minute walk from Porte d'Auteuil or the Miquel-Ange Molitor metro station.
