Every summer brings a breath of fresh air to Paris. With the return of fine weather, the terraces blossom and sometimes surprise, promising each summer season unmissable hot spots where Parisians of one day and all times flock. And this year, there's a newcomer to the capital's rooftop scene: Plantation Paris.
It's a large-scale project coveringone of Europe's largest urban farms, located in the 18th arrondissement in Paris. Although the site has already been in existence for several years, this is the first time that a rooftop open to the public has been set up there. From Friday to Sunday evenings, from June 20, 2025 until the end of September, you can go and conquer this green spot, which aims to be a standard-bearer for a new form of urban agriculture, promoting locavore.
The spot promises to thrill to the rhythm of a vitamin-packed program, while offering a beautiful view of the emblematic Sacré-Coeur, perched atop the Butte Montmartre. On the menu: open-air concerts, gourmet festivals, tastings, talks and screenings in the heart of this 7,000m2 farm.
