Grande Semaine Végétale: a free food festival at Plantation Paris

From September 26 to October 4, 2025, Make.org Foundation, AVF and InterVeg are launching the first Grande Semaine Végétale, with cooking workshops, tastings, meetings and events all over France, as well as an original, free festival on the weekend of September 27 and 28, 2025 in Paris, at the heart of the Plantation Paris urban farm, to showcase another way of eating, that ofplant-based food and its benefits, which has already won over more than 1.5 million people in France.

Located 15 meters high on the rooftops of the 18ᵉ arrondissement, Plantation Paris brings together a bioclimatic greenhouse, a permaculture vegetable garden and a planted rooftop bar over 7,000m2.

The program

• committed stands with producers, creators and civic initiatives
• a variety of demonstrations and tastings, including a plant-based aperitif, a festive brunch and batch cooking
• culinary and sensory activities
• conferences and debates on the plant-based transition with Jean-Thomas Schneider, MOF pastry chef and world champion from Maison Asteria, environmental issues and children's food education
• DJ sets
