Dalloyau is unstoppable! After opening the Dalloyau Café a few weeks ago at the Galeries Lafayette Gourmet, the famous house opens a pop-up store in Paris 17th arrondissement on 19 rue Poncelet.
Inside this colorful and gourmet pop-up store, the house’s sweet and savory produces such as the iconic pastries (the DALLOYAU, the Echiquier, the Opéra), the festive and seasonal creations (festive macarons, yule logs) as well as quiches, healthy bowls and sandwiches to enjoy all day long.
To easily place your orders for Christmas Eve 2019 and New Year’s Eve, an order desk is also open!
Then, for the Epiphany 2020, Dalloyau pop-up store will provide starting January 1, 2020 its Epiphany Cake created by pastry chef Jérémy Del Val entrusted with the house’s sweet creations.
Named Oh Sommet, Dalloyau’s Epiphany Cake 2020 is filled with green pistachio from Iran and Bronte pistachio cream flavored with Buddha’s hand, Bachès citrus fruits and 43% pure Madagascar milk chocolate chunks. Cooked upside down, it displays a mouthwatering caramelized puff pastry!
The Dalloyau pop-up store will then become a true store in March 2020, inaugurating then a new Dalloyau Café in Paris!
