The Food Market team has put together a selection of the best Paris has to offer, across all flavors. Here you'll find cult recipes, established talents and recent favorites that have made their mark on the Parisian scene. Whether Parisians are returning from afar or have never left, the Food Market invites them to gather around a well-chosen dish, with a drink in hand, to prolong the summer together - a gentle, but tasty, return to form.

The menu includes the famous dürums kefta from Leven, a new address on the Sentier that takes us on a journey to Kurdistan with its freshly baked breads and char-grilled meats. Texas meats from Melt will also be on the menu, with their smoked barbecue specialties cooked at low temperatures, such as the melt-in-your-mouth brisket. Gourmets can also enjoy Brutus crêpes, Amoricto tacos and Nakatsu karaage burgers, which add that Japanese touch so appreciated by Parisians.
