La Fabrique Cookies prepares them the traditional way, using products that are 70% French, inspired by the specialties of French regions such as calisson from Aix-en-Provence, pink praline from Valence, salted butter caramel from Guérande and nougat from Montélimar.
On Wednesday September 17, 2025, La Fabrique Cookies will once again be hosting its famous Cookie Day. It's an event that's been delighting fans of sweet treats and good deals for 8 years already! In 2020, 18,000 cookies were distributed free of charge, followed by 11,000 cookies in 2021 and 15,000 cookies in 2022. In short, it's an operation that's a great success every year!
For this 8th edition of Cookie Day, La Fabrique Cookies is planning to distribute its 40,000 free cookies right up to the last one, to be chosen from 6 emblematic recipes from the House:
