Winter's low temperatures have arrived in the capital, so it's the perfect time to have a raclette! Hot Spots is back for a fourth edition in Paris, from October 15, 2025 to March 9, 2026. An ephemeral restaurant that has already delighted many a gourmet over the past three years!
On the program again this year , all-you-can-eat raclette in immersive winter settings (snow-covered forest, Nordic sauna, or cozy campfire), a piano bar for atmosphere from Thursday to Saturday, and other surprises for melted cheese lovers—and we know there are many of you out there!
To take part in these cheesy evenings, head for the restaurant L'Atelier des Artistes, in the 11th arrondissement, a stone's throw from Place de la République. On the menu, winter and mountain recipes based on revisited comfort food classics: tartiflette patate douce, croquetas raclette aux 3 poivres, the ultra-gourmet trio on this menu.
The menu is complemented by an all-you-can-eat raclette, to be shared with friends, with fine charcuterie and jacket potatoes. In short, one of the warmest rendez-vous of this Parisian winter!
