Imagined as a family home by decorator Jordane Arrivetz, this bourgeois bohemian hotel boasts 27 rooms, ranging from classic to connecting, Deluxe to Junior Suite. Custom-designed, they feature a distinctive atmosphere and genuine comfort.

But that's not all! Noucha also unveils its Maison Parisienne, a fully independent, private home housed in the newly-built extension to the original building. With its three bedrooms, private lounge and terrace spread over four floors, Maison Parisienne is ideal for those seeking an even more intimate experience.

From morning coffee to dinner, lunch and aperitif time, guests are invited to take their time. On the first floor, the café is the ideal place to enjoy a competitive breakfast, featuring freshly-cooked eggs and a buffet with granola, fresh fruit, cakes and vegan and gluten-free options, to get the day off to a good start.

For lunch and dinner,Hotel Noucha has its own 50-seat restaurant, with a simple, seasonal menu (fillet of beef with pepper sauce, pasta with forest cream and summer truffle, croque-monsieur, desserts by Carl Marletti). On Sundays, come and enjoy our traditional roast chicken and eggs Benedict.
