Head for Italy! Non Solo Pizze offers you to taste delicious wood-fired pizzas, but also typical Sicilian dishes, all in a friendly and warm atmosphere. We take you there!

No Solo Pizze is the kind of restaurant where you feel at home. With its decoration as warm and welcoming as the staff, we talk, we laugh and above all we enjoy Italian food made with love. As soon as you enter, you come face to face with the pizza maker who is already putting his hand to the dough (pizza dough, you'll understand). While he juggles with the preparation, we see behind him a traditional oven. There is no doubt about it, here you can enjoy wood-fired pizzas.

If you speak a little Italian, the name of the restaurant, Non Solo Pizze, will certainly put you in the ear. You were right, here, we don't only serve pizzas. Welcome to a hybrid place, a mix between a pizzeria and a restaurant. On the menu, you will find pasta, of course, but also typical dishes from the region of Palermo or more precisely from Cefalù.

It starts with the appetizer with antipasti like you can enjoy nowhere else. We strongly recommend that you try the assortment of friands, including the delicious arancini, the croquettes stuffed with risotto rice.

The menu also includes a nice selection of appetizers such as mozzarella fior di latte breaded in a light crumb coating, served with zucchini, Sicilian cherry tomatoes and fresh basil, or purple eggplant with fresh Sicilian ricotta, homemade tomato coulis, fresh basil and shavings of Grana Padano cheese.

We love this generous and beautiful plate of fried fish to share with cuttlefish, gambas, sardines, sea bream or squid. The trip is effective and we land on the seaside from the first bite!

After this generous appetizer, it's time to move on to the heart of the matter: the dish! There is no way to escape a delicious wood-fired pizza. On the menu? A little more than ten pizzas among which the Parmino (Pomodoro, fresh basil, mozzarella, wild arugula, shavings of Grana Padano and Parma ham aged 24 months) or the Pachino (Pizza bianca with Pachino tomato bruschetta, fresh basil, bufala mozzarella and shavings of Parmesan aged 24 months).

For us, a special creation based on zucchini, eggplant, ricotta, mozzarella di bufala and tomato sauce. The ingredients and the dough were delicious and required no less than 72 hours of rest to obtain this airy texture. A meticulously elaborated recipe that allows you to enjoy a pizza that is not too heavy and that does not stay on your stomach.

But since there is more than pizza here, some may prefer to try one of the typical dishes on the menu. The Scaloppina Siciliana could easily win over the taste buds of meat lovers. Just imagine: a tender veal cutlet pan-fried with sweet fresh Sicilian tomatoes, served with pink garlic, a homemade tomato coulis, Sicilian eggplant and shavings of Grana Padano cheese.

As for the desserts, Non Solo Pizze also hits the nail on the head with the inevitable homemade tiramisu, with a choice of the classic version, the pistachio one or the red fruit one served in its cassolette; a pure sweet delight! For the rest, the establishment also offers a fruity panna cotta, or the surprise cake prepared by the chef's mother.

And to accompany it all, Non Solo Pizze suggests its delicious Spritz, but also a very nice selection of Sicilian wines that will make you travel!

Your taste buds are in celebration and you want to extend the experience to your home. It's a good thing, because Non Solo Pizze is not only a pizzeria, nor a restaurant: it's also a grocery store! So, if you fall in love with a product, you can find it at home.

We can only say one thing: Grazie Italia!
