Z'Oeufs Party at Coq Rico this summer

Coq Rico's chef Antoine Westermann puts his selection of organic eggs on the menu to be accompanied by mouillettes with very gourmet toppings during the Z'Oeufs Party, from July to September 2019... Let's eat!

Because summer is the ideal season to harvest good organic eggs full of nutrients, Antoine Westermann decided to put this ingredient on the menu of Coq Rico with his Z'Oeufs Party: free-range eggs from the Landes region of France, very tasty mouillettes and multicolored egg cups signed Le Creuset.

From July to September, the traditional mouillettes that usually accompany our boiled eggs are revisited in three recipes: with artichoke heart cream and fleur de sel, with fresh coriander pesto, or with coconut bean hummus with candied lemon and roasted sesame seeds.

The eggs are all from hens raised on local and organic feed , selected by farmer Jérôme Gaudin and the collective of breeders at the Biogalline farm in Saint Jean de Thurac. Each of these eggs is served in colorful egg cups from the iconic Le Creuset brand, whose ceramics keep the egg at temperature throughout the tasting.
