Bonnie: hotel SO/Paris bar-restaurant and perched club is open

A new spot with a perched terrace opened in Paris on September 6, 2022. Here is Bonnie, the restaurant-bar and club signed Paris Society which takes its quarters on the 15th and 16th floors of SO/Paris, the trendy hotel on the quays of the Seine in the Marais district.

When we have the pleasure of traveling through the most beautiful city in the world, we can hardly resist the urge to take a high view to discover this spectacular view that gives us the impression of being in a movie. By day and by night, Paris knows how to make us capsize with its beautiful monuments and its crazy charm. So, inevitably, the addresses that offer a beautiful panorama of the capital are popular with Parisians of a day and always.

And here is a new spot high up in the dance this fall 2022 in Paris. This one gives us an appointment on the quays of the Seine, near Sully-Morland. This is where we discover the first SO/ hotel in the capital. A real place to live for Parisians and tourists, this new trendy address promises to become one of the capital's biggest hot spots.

On the 15th and 16th floors of this vertiginous hotel, we discover a new gourmet place signed Paris Society. The Bonnie is a restaurant, bar and club all in one, with a warm atmosphere inspired by the 60s and 70s. We are promised a festive place with a gourmet cuisine with Champagne and mythical cocktails of the 60s and 70s that we can then enjoy on a terrace offering a 360°view of Paris and its most beautiful monuments including the iconic Eiffel Tower.

Here, the product is at the heart of the plate. The restaurant, in chic brasserie mode with a New York twist, gives pride of place to seafood and carefully selected meats.

The club, located on the 16th floor, takes us back to the golden age, under theleadership of artistic director Emmanuel d'Orazio (Le Septième Ciel, Club Sandwich, Hot Spot, etc.). Big cozy leather sofas overlooking a breathtaking view of Paris with explosive cocktails, we will love to spend our evenings there until the end of the night.

The restaurant is open every day from noon to 5pm and from 7pm to midnight. The bar Bonnie opens every day from 11 am to midnight, and the club from 10:30 pm to 2 am from Wednesday to Saturday to vibrate to the rhythm of electro-disco music from the 60s and 70s.
