Les Petites Bouches de l'Empereur, a restaurant run by Monument Café, offers a gourmet break in a unique setting. On weekdays, a limited selection of self-service buffets is available, while on Sundays and public holidays, an all-you-can-eat brunch is available, enough to satisfy even the hungriest of appetites. The dining room offers a superb panoramic view of the château's gardens and pond.
The restaurant's concept features revisited traditional dishes, presented in cocottes and verrines, reflecting a contemporary culinary trend. The décor is inspired by the Napoleonic era, with furniture, materials, colors and lighting chosen to harmoniously integrate the architectural heritage of the château. Two terraces, designed as extensions of the interior spaces, surround the restaurant, offering additional areas for relaxation. A private room is also available for groups, accommodating up to 36 people.
Lunch options :
All-you-can-eat brunch is available on Sundays and public holidays for €32.00, and a children's menu is available for €16.00.
Dishes are prepared on site by Monument Café's chefs, using fresh, seasonal and mostly locally sourced produce. Starters and desserts are presented in verrines, and hot dishes are served in Staub casseroles. In summer, the terraces are the perfect place to soak up the sun and enjoy a delicious meal at the same time.
Access to the restaurant and Café des Mariniers is independent of the château entrance ticket, so there' s no need to pay to enjoy its exceptional historic setting. The courtyards and gardens are also open free of charge every day, giving you the opportunity to take a stroll before or after your meal.
