Jean Imbert makes a childhood dream come true with La Forêt Secrète, his first gourmet restaurant in the heart of the Disneyland Hotel. On the menu: an enchanted setting and top-of-the-range cuisine inspired by Disney classics, designed for gourmets and fans of Disney magic, young and old alike!

Let the magic happen... on your plate! Disneyland Paris raises the curtain on an exceptional new restaurant, and not the least: La Forêt Secrète by Jean Imbert, nestled in the heart of the Disneyland Hotel. A gastro-féerique restaurant, where the most nostalgic Michelin-starred chef of his generation revisits great French cuisine with a touch of magic, inspired by the finest Disney classics.

Former Top Chef at the Plaza Athénée and Monsieur Dior at 30 Montaigne, Jean Imbert is fulfilling a childhood dream by signing his first table in the kingdom of Disneyland Paris. An enchanting setting, storytelling dishes and a breathtaking view of the castle... The promise of a magical experience, from the first amuse-bouche to the last spoonful. A setting out of a fairy tale Perched on the third floor of the Disneyland Hotel, this 55-cover setting gives the impression of entering an enchanted glade. Banquettes upholstered in foliage, deep green curtains and flickering candles... The atmosphere is hushed and intimate, like a well-kept secret.

In the center, a majestic Murano glass chandelier overhangs the table d'hôte, rising like a luminous vine populated by blown glass flowers and birds, reflected in a mirrored ceiling. Nature has reclaimed its rights... with a touch of luxury! In the background, a hand-crafted mural depicts a mysterious forest where you'd almost expect a fawn or fairy godmother to appear.

Immaculate tablecloths, dinnerware with plant motifs by Maison Bernardaud, sparkling silverware engraved by Christofle and the menu unveiled in an elegantly bound Snow White book set the scene for an enchanted gastronomic dinner. From March 7, 2025, the restaurant will welcome guests every evening from Wednesday to Sunday by reservation - including non-visitors to the theme park. Two formulas to choose from: a three-course discovery menu at €140 and a five-course tasting menu at €200, with a children's menu for 3 to 11 year-olds at €70 (drinks included).

A certain budget, certainly, but a top-of-the-range experience that's well worth the detour, designed for gourmets in search of an exceptional table, as well as for Disney lovers who want to extend the magic to the plate. Here, each dish is a tribute to the studio's classics, interpreted in haute couture by Jean Imbert and his executive chef Moussa Konaté. A gustatory voyage, where traditional French cuisine flirts with the world of Disney, with a gastro twist, sprinkled with a zest of dream and a pinch of nostalgia.

From the very first plates of the 5-course menu, the tone is set with an amuse-bouche inspired by the film Là-haut : a saffron, thyme and lemon brioche, laid out like a little house, accompanied by balls of colorful sweet and savory condiments - watercress purée, beet gel, red cabbage purée with timut berry, lemon gel and balsamic vinegar - evoking Carl and Russell's floating balloons. A playful and rather sober first flight.

As for starters, Sous l'Océan plunges lovers of seafood straight into the world of The Little Mermaid, with a colorful, iodized blend of just-cooked langoustines, marinière-style shellfish, sea jelly and Imperial Sologne caviar, accompanied by seaweed sponge cake and coral tuiles. A one-way ticket to Atlantica!

As for the main courses, they revisit the great classics with mischief. Rémy's Ratatouille takes us back to the kitchens of Gusteau with an intense tomato water, white balsamic and a play of textures around zucchini and onion. A simple, comforting dish with a hint of sweet and sour. Our favorite, even if the visuals could have done with a touch more magic.La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert au Disneyland Hotel - image00058La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert au Disneyland Hotel - image00058La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert au Disneyland Hotel - image00058La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert au Disneyland Hotel - image00058

Another gourmet stopover is Tony and Joe's Spaghetti, which reinvents the famous candlelit dinner under the stars from Beauty and the Tramp. Here, no meatballs, but a surprising presentation: the spaghetti is wrapped around a melting veal confit, topped with a tomatoey veal jus and spiced up with a Comté emulsion. A generous and tasty plate, if a little salty for our taste... Beautiful plates where the inspiration of the cartoon is obvious, traditional recipes (a nod to the chef's grandmother) boosted in a gastro version... A great gourmet promise that could push the magic even further.

A finale worthy of Disney's finest And to round off this adventure in style, Jean Imbert and his pastry chef Axel Michenaud give a final twist to an assortment of gourmet desserts.

The most bewitching? A trompe-l'œil named La Pomme Ensorcelée, inspired by Snow White. Beneath its crunchy white chocolate coating lies a basil mousse, a brunoise of Granny Smith apple and a heart of lemon caviar, all escorted by delicate Dulcey chocolate branches. A light, fresh and perfectly executed sorcery, to be savored without fear.

For those who prefer regressive indulgence, make way for Gâteau d'Aurore. Inspired by the homemade (and wobbly) birthday cake of the three fairy godmothers from Sleeping Beauty, this pastry version combines a creamy vanilla mousse, tangy blueberry confit and blueberry emulsion, with a winking white chocolate broom. A look faithful to the original, in XS format... our table's favorite dessert! Finally, adventurers will be tempted by Le Sable de l'Arche Perdue, a tribute to Indiana Jones, where candied lemon dances with a melting blend of ice cream and vanilla mousse, topped with an almond crumble and topped with flowing caramel. A sweet treasure without artifice, to be savored without hurry.

As for the little ones, they're entitled to their own children's menu, with an egg mayo as a starter, a revisited cordon bleu with mashed potatoes as a main course, and a dessert to choose from: a fruit salad with a crunchy Mickey tuile, orAlice in Wonderland cookies, presented in a glass case. A magical dinner open to all (no admission required!) Whether you're a couple, a family or a group of friends, La Forêt Secrète invites you to an enchanted interlude in the heart of the Disneyland Hotel. And if the setting is bewitching, the highlight of the show comes at nightfall: behind the large bay windows, Sleeping Beauty's castle lights up and the sky explodes with fireworks. A dinner under the stars... in the truest sense of the word.
