Located at 163 Rue Saint-Honoré in the 1st arrondissement of Paris, Benihana Paris has established itself as a must-visit Japanese spot for fans of teppanyaki and lively dining experiences. Far from just a restaurant, this venue has become the perfect place to celebrate special occasions, blending exquisite cuisine, entertainment, and a vibrant, festive atmosphere.
Spring is gradually making its way into Paris… bringing with it one of Japan’s most cherished traditions: hanami, the poetic appreciation of cherry blossoms in full bloom. To mark this fleeting season, Benihana Paris presents an immersive dining experience that's as delightful as it is exotic: Benihana In Bloom.
Set against a backdrop transformed into an authentic cherry blossom garden, the restaurant offers Parisians a sensory escape featuring modern Japanese cuisine, floral-inspired cocktails, and charming springtime treats.
Designed as a timeless escape, this temporary pop-up features a special, exclusive menu created just for the occasion. From the very first sip, guests are treated to refined offerings such as the Hanami Fizz — a delicate blend of gin infused with cherry blossom, hibiscus, and ginger — and the Suspended Garden, with notes of pear, lychee, and yuzu.
On the plate, the Sakura Rolls feature fresh and inventive flavor combinations:
For those with a sweet tooth, the experience continues with a curated selection of exquisite Japanese pastries by Sadaharu Aoki, adding a touch of elegance and decadence to this springtime escape.
Another highlight of the experience: Fruttini creations. The concept is straightforward and truly appealing: fresh fruits are carefully hollowed out and filled with their own homemade sorbet or ice cream. Lemon, coconut, and exotic fruits transform into desserts that are both refreshingly cool and visually stunning. An innovative, light offering that perfectly captures the season, making it a must-try at Benihana In Bloom.
To extend the moment, the experience can also be complemented with a tasting of sake or a glass of Veuve Clicquot Rosé.
Starting March 25th, Benihana Paris will also introduce a second delightful experience: the Tea Time Sakura, available from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
Here's what's on the menu:
A refined and indulgent break, the ideal way to slow down and enjoy spring the Japanese way.
With its immersive décor in shades of pink and a concept designed as a celebration of renewal, Benihana In Bloom stands out as one of the most captivating dining experiences in Paris right now.
An invitation to experience spring in a new light, blending Japanese traditions with the art of Parisian living.
