Here's an original restaurant that's right up there with the times. The recently opened Touch'In Paris is a restaurant-bar with interactive touchscreen tables. In today's digital age, when everyone swears by touch-screen tablets, Touch'In Paris could well be the place to be.
Created and thought up by 3 childhood friends, Fréderic Pinto, formerly in charge of the Soubise bar in Saint-Germain, Romain Marin, formerly a business developer, and Jeremy Vuillaume, the instigator of the story, a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Cuisine Française and formerly working alongside Franck Reynaud, a Michelin star in Switzerland.
Touch'In Paris combines innovation with clean design and a warm ambience - in short, a meeting of tradition and modernity. Located in the 9th arrondissement, next to the Madeleine, the restaurant has two dining rooms for a total of 80 covers and is open from 11:00 am to 2:00 am.
In the kitchen, imagination is the name of the game. The three friends wanted to translate the innovative spirit of their concept onto the plate. A fusion of contemporary specialties and a rock'n'roll bistro style, Touch'In Paris offers unique flavors created with quality products, because know-how is also the Touch'In Paris touch. Chef Olivier Pariaud, a student of Guy Savoy, will take charge of the kitchen. He agreed to leave the Resto du Roy in Versailles for a few months to train the Touch'In team.
At lunchtime, the Touch'In Paris restaurant offers several formulas: 20€ and 25€. The bar area is reserved for lunchtime dining, but from 6pm onwards you can enjoy a cocktail at the bar's touch-screen tables.

With the tables, you can order your cocktail, consult the menu, send e-cards to your Facebook profile, find a place to go out, call a waiter and even order a cab.
