Head for Place de la Concorde, at the foot of the legendary Hôtel de Crillon, to discover the not-to-be-missed ice cream plan. Since June 11, 2025, the Parisian palace's ice cream cart has been making a comeback with an even more gourmet concept. At the helm of this frosty-chic break is Matthieu Carlin, the hotel's head pastry chef, who takes it to heart to offer low-sugar creations that sublimate natural flavors while slipping in, here and there, a regressive and comforting touch.

For this new edition, Matthieu Carlin once again pushes back the boundaries of gourmet delights with the long-awaited return of his signature creation: the iced cookie.

A veritable frosted Proust's madeleine, this regressive ice cream required a long time to perfect. And it was well worth the effort: a soft, barely-baked cookie, enhanced by perfectly-balanced, tasty toppings. A play of textures, subtle contrasts, well-balanced flavors... This year's menu features the original recipe - dark chocolate, pecan and caramel fleur de sel - accompanied by three new, equally delicious variations:

  • Le Fraise: almond cookie, sugared almond, strawberry sorbet
  • Le Café: chocolate chip cookie, almond-coffee praline
  • Le Fruits Exotiques: coconut cookie, mango passion fruit sorbet

Three ice-cold interpretations of great classics, mounted on a stick and stamped Crillon, to delight all gourmets, young and old.

Enjoy them on site at the Butterfly Pâtisserie tea room, or take them away from the kiosk set up in front of the hotel, so you can savor them while strolling along the Place de la Concorde, in the alleys of the Tuileries Gardens... or just before a visit to the nearby Hôtel de la Marine.
