For this exclusive creation, available from December 1 to 21, chef Hugues Pouget has found the perfect balance between the Cuvée Blanc de Blancs and yuzu. An original entremets based on yuzu crumble, sponge cake, Konatsu lemon confit and crémeux, and fresh sage-infused Bavarian cream.

Allow €65 for the entremets serving 6 to 8.

As for the rest, Maison Hugo & Victor unveils several delicious creations such as the Combawa yule log, both crispy and sour. It is based on Genovese cake with keffir lime zests, crispy yuzu crumble, pineapple compote, kalamansi-keffir lime confit and crémeux, keffir lime cheesecake mousse, keffir lime zest whipped cream.

Discover the fresh and light Praline-Clementine yule log. The citrus fruit comes in several textures: sponge cake with clementine zests, crunchy almond crumble, clementine marmalade from Domaine de Jasson with Madagascan vanilla, fresh clementine crémeux, mousse and jelly.

Last but not least, Hugo & Victor lands a new yule log sendable everywhere in France: the Bûche Glacée Grimoire. Very indulging, it is based on flourless chocolate cake, chocolate, salted butter caramel and Madagascan vanilla ice creams, crispy meringue, runny salted caramel and caramelized pecan nuts.
