Le Petit Commines: the new bistronomic restaurant in the Marais area

There are more and more bistronomic restaurants and Le Petit Commines is part of them. It has been located in the Haut Marais since September 2016.

Le Petit Commines opened in September 2016 in the very trendy Marais area within walking distance from Carreau du Temple. The brains behind this restaurant are Flavien Carucci and Mathieu Limon, two buddies tenderly nicknamed "Les Papounets" (Daddies)! This address will offer homemade dishes based on fresh ingredients selected at local producers! Restaurateurs are paying more and more careful attention to ingredients we find in our plates... and so much the better!

Let yourself go in this chic and welcoming restaurant featuring a stones décor. As a starter, you can enjoy a very fresh gazpacho, a semi-cooked foie gras or the chef’s terrine prepared for 72 hours with tawny port and cognac! Brace yourself for the main course: a 1-kg prime rib of Stockman beef to share (yum!), a semi-cooked salmon à la plancha or a French cabbages quintet... In terms of desserts, we end on a classic note: crumble, chocolate mousse, juicy fruits etc.

You are likely to be in good hands when we know that chef Flavien Carucci has won his spurs at Le Bistrot, Le Prince de Galles and the Cantine du Troquet by the very famous and covered chef Philippe Etchebest!
