Birdy Hamburgers, the new spot in Paris that rocks the burger

Birdy, a new restaurant that offers burgers by the plate, tries to rock them by offering a room service according to the rules and a home delivery that’s perfect as well… A bet likely to surprise more than one curious eater!

You want to enjoy a burger somewhere other than a classic restaurant or fast-food…? This is the challenge for Birdy Hamburgers, that opened a spot in the 7th arrondissement in Paris, by offering to rock the Parisian street food scene in two varied ways. The first one is to serve menus in the room according to the rules with china plates and silver cutlery. A “three-star” service, that is always friendly and a welcome worthy of a good restaurant.

The second way is to offer an IRRE-PRO-CHABLE home delivery service: to offer such a service, Birdy team racked their brains to find the best recipes and packaging for this demand. Each product including in burgers has been chosen for “their perfect holding during the delivery” while packages – they are fun and neat like the restaurant for a “strong visual experience” – are delivered by a scooter in heating bags.

Birdy Hamburgers, le nouveau spot qui révolutionne la consommation du burger

The promise? Burgers always warm and fries always crispy past thirty minutes. To fulfill this demand, only the places belonging to the delivery area (2.5km) are delivered: 6th, 7th, 15th and 16th arrondissements. And to customize your orders a bit, stickers are put on the packages, so you know what they are without opening them, and a small place mat is offered with the order, to make sure you keep your place clean.

In terms of burgers, six mouthwatering sandwiches are offered and they all are available in a vegetarian version: The Original, The Yankee, The Californian, The Mexicano, The Nola and The Woodstock. The bread is baked by a baker every morning, the meat is 100% French, sauces are homemade, and the cheddar comes from a British farm labelled “100% green”. And in the weekend, it’s Brunch US! Perfect to wake your taste buds up especially if you love street food… So, when are we going?
