In the lively Voltaire district of Paris's 11th arrondissement , Ter. is a restaurant with just 30 covers that's sure to appeal toegg mayo lovers. From 6 p.m. Tuesday to Sunday, this human-sized venue welcomes the curious in search of a warm, relaxed atmosphere, with the added bonus of a terrace with four tables and an opening façade that gives a delicious impression of the open air, even indoors.
Designed as a neighborhood hangout, Ter. blends authenticity and creativity, with a focus on seasonal cuisine and rigorous sourcing: meat from the Bidoche butcher's shop, Parisian craft beers from Brasserie Rupture, homemade organic soft drinks and over 100 references of organic, biodynamic and natural wines. It's a landmark for bon vivants, where people come to enjoy a drink, share a meal and spend a simple but sincere moment.
Ter. is innovating with an idea that is as surprising as it is obvious: the capital's very first egg mayo bar, open Tuesday to Sunday from 6 p.m. This revisited French specialty is available here in six original recipes, combining classic inspirations with exotic touches.
Perfect for an aperitif with friends, the mayo egg becomes a gourmet playground at Ter., designed by Thibault, who also oversees the selection of natural wines to be tasted on site. Are you the curious type? Try the marinated version or the trout roe version, while sipping a plain red or a chilled artisanal blonde.
All at the low price of €8.40, just like baking.
On Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 a.m., it's time for brunch, a true weekend ritual at Ter.restaurant. Unlike impersonal buffets, here everything is served at the table, in a full menu for €29 including starter, main course, dessert, and hot and cold drinks. The cuisine follows the seasons, with evolving recipes and two carefully craftedvegetarian options. Pierre and Jack, in the kitchen, create inventive, sincere, and accessible home-style cooking, without ever compromising on the quality of the ingredients.
Marie's smile in the dining room will give you the perfect start to the day!
In addition, the brunch can be privatized for events such as weddings and birthdays.
At the helm, two friends and co-founders, Thibault and Guillaume, infuse the place with their energy and taste for sharing. One looks after the wines and mayo eggs, the other the house drinks and selection of local beers.
In the kitchen, Pierre and Jack renew their menu according to the seasons, always with the aim of offering a fair and generous cuisine. With them, nothing is set in stone: "Nice atmosphere, good plates and good glouglou". Each dish is designed to be tasty, sincere and well sourced.
Just a stone's throw from theAtelier des Lumières, Square de la Roquette and Place Voltaire, Ter. is part of a lively neighborhood, ideal for a cultural stroll or a gourmet outing. Whether it's a museum outing, before a show or a romantic evening out, Ter. is the place to be.
We come for the relaxed atmosphere, to discover original recipes, to share a moment with friends, as a couple, or even solo, in an atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease.
What's more, the establishment can be privatized for wedding aperitifs and brunches.
