5-star hotel Les Jardins du Faubourg welcomes a new restaurant called La Régalade du Faubourg and managed by chef Bruno Doucet.
It’s the chef’s third Parisian address providing an elegant and contemporary area featuring fifty seats, a market – and seasonal – cooking, to enjoy for lunch on the terrace looking on to the indoor plant-lined courtyard, or dinner, seated on the copper velvet bench seats.
In the kitchen, young chef Xavier Boireau – trained by Roellinger in Cancale, Louis XV, Plaza Athénée, Aux Lyonnais and even Le Rech by Alain Ducasse – helps chef Bruno Doucet. Together they deliver fresh and flavorful dishes such as marinated salmon, colorful radishes and arugula, lemon condiment, or the pan-seared squid, grilled and marinated vegetables.
Of course, chef Bruno Doucet doesn’t forget classics such as crispy-soft pork belly, Fall vegetables and fruits, the semi-salted cod Grenobloise style, meunière endives and cooked rice with vanilla for dessert.
In other words, a lovely and hidden address that has a lot of things to offer!
