A warm wind from California will blow on Paris 2nd arrondissement starting today. Capucine and Juliette Vigand have just opened Cali Sisters, a tasty table giving pride of place to California at any time of the day.

Californian cuisine is ultimately coming to Paris, today, with the opening of Cali Sisters. Behind this new place, Capucine and Juliette Vigand, two sisters fond of the famous Western American state. “There, everything is beautiful, good, feel good, and inspiring” they say.

After traveling to California in 2013, the sisters decide to do everything they can to bring this lifestyle to Paris. Their challenge? Opening a place where the American spirit rules, both welcoming and cozy, where you can have something to nibble on at any time of the day, thanks to tasty Californian food, “as indulging as healthy and for a very affordable cost”.

For Cali Sisters, Juliette and Capucine have come up with a bright and boho address. To blow us away, they have decided to work with Heather Tierney – known as the founder of Butcher’s Daughter in New York and Los Angeles.

Moving on to food, Cali Sisters will provide Californian classics thanks to the talent of chef Rhys Allen: from lemon pancakes to meatballs, without forgetting smoked short rib cooked over low temperature for 72 hours and to share, as well as roasted butternut squash with dukkah, mint, pan-seared broccolis, cashew pesto… There will be something for everyone!

Alright, let’s go and discover Cali Sisters, indoors or on the sunny terrace!
