The Contes et Histoires family event returns in December 2023 for a new edition, to be experienced during the Christmas vacations. This cultural event, devised by the Centre des Monuments Nationaux, invites families to rediscover France's heritage through original and often unusual tours, activities and events. In the Hauts-de-Seine region, the Maison des Jardies, located in Sèvres, invites us to take part in its fun-filled program!
The Maison des Jardies was Léon Gambetta's haven of peace. Before him, Balzac had already fallen in love with this little pavilion. The house now belongs to the French state, which has turned it into a place dedicated to the memory of the founding father of the Third Republic and the highlights of his political career.
During the Christmas vacations, the Maison des Jardies welcomes us to discover its rich history, but also to have fun with its events and activities for the whole family. Parents and children are invited to visit the monument, and enjoy the organized activities, from January 4 to 6, 2024.
