This bakery and pastry shop in Croissy-sur-Seine, run by Sébastien Le Bouedec, has successfully climbed to the top of the rankings and won the latest edition of the competition for the best almond galette in the department. With this title, LaPanetière de CroissysucceedsMaison Bourguignon, based in Gargenville and last year's winner in the same category.
