The Paris Police Prefecture has also issued an order to temporarily modify parking and traffic regulations on several roads in the west of the capital on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, as well as the day before, Monday, November 10.
" Considering that in order to ensure the smooth running of these ceremonies, it is necessary to temporarily modify the traffic rules on certain roads in Paris's 7th, 8th, 16th, and 17th arrondissements on November 10 and 11, 2025,"the Prefecture states.
In this decree, the Préfecture de Police sets out the details of the scheme, which concerns both parking and traffic for all types of vehicle.
As such, parking is prohibited from 5:00 p.m. on November 10 to 11:00 a.m. on November 11, 2025, on Boulevard des Invalides, between Avenue de Tourville and Rue de Grenelle, in the 7th arrondissement.
Vehicle parking is also prohibited from November 10 at 5:00 p.m. to November 11, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. on the following roads and sections of roads located in the 8th, 16th, and 17th arrondissements:
- Cours la Reine, between Place de la Concorde and Avenue Winston Churchill;
- Avenue Edward Tuck in its entirety;
- Avenue Dutuit in its entirety;
- Avenue Winston Churchill in its entirety;
- Avenue Charles Girault in its entirety;
- Place Clemenceau in its entirety;
- General Eisenhower Avenue in its entirety;
- Franklin D. Roosevelt Avenue in its entirety;
- Selves Avenue in its entirety;
- Rond-point des Champs-Élysées Marcel-Dassault in its entirety;
- Avenue des Champs-Élysées in its entirety;
- Rue de Tilsitt in its entirety;
- Presbourg Street in its entirety;
- Place Charles de Gaulle in its entirety;
- Avenue de Friedland, between Place Charles de Gaulle and Rue Chateaubriand;
- Avenue Hoche, between Place Charles de Gaulle and Rue Beaujon;
- Avenue de Wagram, between Place Charles de Gaulle and Rue de l'Étoile;
- Avenue Mac-Mahon, between Place Charles de Gaulle and Avenue des Ternes;
- Avenue Carnot, between Place Charles de Gaulle and Rue Anatole de La Forge;
- Avenue de la Grande Armée, between Place Charles de Gaulle and Rue Anatole de la Forge;
- Avenue Foch, between Place Charles de Gaulle and Rue Rude;
- Avenue Foch, between Place Charles de Gaulle and Rue de Traktir;
- Avenue Victor Hugo, between Place Charles de Gaulle and Rue de Traktir;
- Avenue Kléber, between Place Charles de Gaulle and Avenue des Portugais;
- Avenue d'Iéna, between Place Charles de Gaulle and Rue Newton;
- Avenue Marceau, between Place Charles de Gaulle and Rue Galilée (excluded).




All types of vehicle traffic are " prohibited on November 11 from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. within the perimeter delimited by the following roads in Paris's 8th, 16th, and 17th arrondissements, which remain open to traffic unless otherwise indicated ":
- Place de la Concorde;
- Rue Boissy d'Anglas;
- Boulevard Malesherbes;
- Rue Roquépine;
- Rue de Penthièvre;
- Avenue Matignon;
- Faubourg Saint-Honoré Street;
- Haussmann Boulevard;
- Friedland Avenue;
- Berryer Street;
- Faubourg Saint-Honoré Street;
- Place des Ternes;
- Avenue des Ternes;
- Pereire Boulevard;
- Place de la Porte Maillot;
- Malakoff Avenue;
- Raymond Poincaré Avenue;
- Victor Hugo Square;
- Copernic Street;
- Avenue Kleber;
- Belloy Street;
- Place des États-Unis;
- Iéna Avenue;
- Bassano Street;
- Christophe Colomb Street;
- Place Paul-Émile Victor;
- George V Avenue;
- Place de l'Alma;
- Cours Albert 1er, closed to traffic;
- Cours la Reine, closed to traffic.
Please also note that traffic will be prohibited on November 11 between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m. on thePont Alexandre III and the Pont des Invalides.
Finally, vehicles are also prohibited from driving on November 11 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. " within the perimeter delimited by the following roads in Paris's 7th arrondissement, which remain closed to traffic":
- Quai d'Orsay, between Rue Fabert and Pont de Concorde;
- Rue Fabert, in its entirety;
- Place Salvador Allende, in its entirety;
- Boulevard de la Tour Maubourg, between Avenue de La Motte-Picquet and Avenue de Tourville;
- Avenue de Tourville, between Boulevard de La Tour-Maubourg and Boulevard des Invalides;
- Boulevard des Invalides, between Avenue de Tourville and Rue de Grenelle;
- Rue de Grenelle, between Boulevard des Invalides and Rue de Constantine;
- Rue de Constantine, in its entirety;
- Rue Robert Esnault-Pelterie, in its entirety.
All areas affected by these restrictions are shown on the map attached tothe decree. The Paris Police Prefect reminds drivers that " vehicles used to commit these offenses may be immobilized and impounded."
