The film follows Maurice, a penguin raised by a tigress who believes he carries the heart of a big cat and has become a kung-fu expert. Joining the Jungle Aces, he aims to defend his territory from Igor, a koala bent on sowing chaos with the help of mercenary baboons.
Born from the animated series created by TAT Productions, Les As de la jungle makes the leap to the big screen, translating a world already built around adventure, humor, and a band of animal heroes. The feature film notably expands Maurice’s story, revisiting his adoptive lineage and the legacy left by his tigress mother.
The project fits into the trajectory of the Toulouse-based company TAT Productions, founded by Jean-François Tosti, David Alaux and Eric Tosti. Before this leap into feature-length cinema, the universe had already been explored on television with several adventures of the Aces.
