Want to enjoy free sports classes? Paris Sport Dimanches welcomes you every Sunday through September 13, 2026 for free, no-registration-required sessions.

Paris Sport Sundays is the must-attend event for sport lovers in Paris and the great deal for anyone looking to get back in shape without spending a euro. Until September 13, 2026, the City of Paris is once again offering free group sports classes in public spaces.

Every Sunday morning, Parisian parks and sports centers host group classes adapted for amateurs. There's plenty of opportunity to try out different sports, depending on what you're into! Looking for boxing, triathlon or pilates this Sunday morning? For two hours, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. (two one-hour sessions), you can discover the sport of your choice, supervised by trainers from the Comité national olympique du sport français (CNOSF) and affiliated federations, in a fun and friendly atmosphere!

Accessible to all, some sports are also suitable for people with disabilities. Every Sunday morning, put on your sneakers and simply turn up, as the classes are open to all and require no prior registration, subject to availability. There's sure to be one near you!
