This autumn, you'll have to be patient before you can take a dip at the CAP - Centre Aquatique de la Plaine in Sartrouville, Yvelines (78). The pool will be closed for maintenance from Monday September 1 to Sunday September 14, 2025 inclusive, to ensure the cleanliness and smooth running of its facilities.

Located close to the Collège Colette and the Lycée Évariste Galois, Le CAP is open all year round to schoolchildren and the public, from Monday to Sunday, with varied opening hours. Designed by architect Jean-Michel Ruols, it features modern, avant-garde architecture, a red envelope and a cylinder housing the round pool of the wellness area.
The center features an Olympic-size pool, a training pool and a paddling pool. Thewellness area includes a sauna, hammam and whirlpool. Visitors can also take advantage of swimming lessons, baby swimming sessions, aquagym, as well as the fitness area and fitness room.
This temporary two-week closure will enable the necessary maintenance operations to be carried out to welcome users in optimum conditions of safety, comfort and hygiene as soon as the facility reopens on September 15, 2025.
