If you're a follower of Une Glace à Paris, live far from the 4th arrondissement and have a craving for ice cream that can't wait when the weather's nice and warm, then take note of the following news: Une Glace à Paris, a.k.a. one of the capital's best ice cream parlors, has just set up shop in Paris's 18th arrondissement.
Fans will know that a few years ago, Une Glace à Paris took over the 18th arrondissement before closing last year. Now, the ice cream parlour welcomes you to the Place des Abbesses , with a big plus: a lovely sunny terrace where you can enjoy your sorbet with friends or family, sitting in the peace and quiet.
The menu of this new boutique includes all the sweet treats that have made the reputation of Une Glace à Paris. Original ice creams, fresh and light sorbets, fragrances and flavour combinations that are truly original and exciting, such as the Esquimau au géranium rosa, back in the bins (geranium ice cream, coconut ice cream, matcha green tea ice cream, strawberry compote).
It also features many of Une Glace à Paris's iced pastries, such as the highly addictive iced cookie (cocoa shortbread base with Tanzanian chocolate ice cream, sprinkled with brownie chips, caramelized pistachios, pecans and crunchy chocolate icing).
In short, if you're looking for an icy, gourmet spot, you know where to go this summer 2020!
