Located near the Musée du Luxembourg, the Mademoiselle Angelina tea room has reinvented itself to appeal to a younger, neighborhood clientele. This new face of the brand, a little like certain perfume houses that offer products a little different from the parent company, retains its architectural codes and the excellence of its products, while adopting a more contemporary and relaxed atmosphere.
Mademoiselle Angelina boasts a new terrace and a central bar inside. The culinary offering has been completely redesigned to delight guests from breakfast to early evening. This new version of the tea room is sure to appeal to those in search of gourmet delights and refinement.
From March 15 to July 16, 2023, Mademoiselle Angelina is offering exclusive culinary creations in connection with theexhibition Léon Monet, claude's brother and artist collector, at the Musée du Luxembourg.
In a limited edition, the tea room also presents Saumon Gravlax and Pâtisserie Palette, creations inspired by the world of Léon Monet, color chemist, industrialist and collector. Saumon Gravlax Palette is a colorful creation that brings freshness and vivacity, concocted by Chef Erwann Le Guerroué. As for Pâtisserie Palette, it features a light mascarpone mousse with a caramel insert and vanilla ganache, created by Chef Christophe Appert.
Don't miss the chance to discover Mademoiselle Angelina 's innovative concept and savor her unique, ephemeral culinary delights, by visiting the tea room during the Léon Monet exhibition at the Musée du Luxembourg.
