Two-star chef Stéphanie Le Quellec unveils MAM, her new patisserie x bakery x delicatessen x wine cellar, in the 17th arrondissement!

Just a few months after winning two stars for her restaurant La Scène in the 8th arrondissement, chef Stéphanie Le Quellec unveils her new highly gourmet project, MAM, which opened in early December, a stone's throw from the Poncelet market in the 17th arrondissement .

With MAM, the Michelin-starred chef decided to open her own "kitchen house" dedicated to home cooking, with her favorite recipes for every day. Like La Scène, everything is prepared on site using the finest fresh produce sourced from the best producers. Pot au feu, salad of the day, comforting soups, homemade nuggets, gourmet tarts, freshly baked madeleines... all the great classics we love are on the menu.

Gourmets can now savor Stéphanie Le Quellec's Michelin-starred cuisine, with dishes to take away and reheat at the chef's home - truffled brioche sausage, lamb shoulder confit with Zaatar, and Dieppoise-style scallop fricassee - as well as find out more about the activities of this multi-faceted establishment.

A pastry shop, bakery, wine cellar and delicatessen in one, MAM has more than one trick up its sleeve. In the patisserie, we find Stéphanie Le Quellec's sidekick, already in charge of pastries at La Scène: Pierre Chirac. He, too, has only one idea in mind: "to bring a lot of comfort, with no-fuss cakes that create emotion, by recalling a memory." And as a tribute to the woman who passed on her love of cooking, the chef has entrusted the running of MAM to her mother.

A whole seasonal menu has been created, available for takeaway, click-and-collect or delivery. On the menu every day: seasonal homemade soups, fresh salads, competitive sandwiches, ready-to-eat hot dishes, mouth-watering desserts...

And in thedelicatessen, from aperitif to dessert, you'll find freshly baked artisan bread, spreads, sauces, jams, olive oil, Stéphanie Le Quellec cherries in brandy, terrines, old-fashioned pâtés, fresh pasta, tea... in short, good stuff. In short, nothing but the best. Shall we take a tour?
