La Halle Flachat is opening its doors for good in the Hauts-de-Seine department. This gourmet market in Asnières-sur-Seine is reinventing itself as an eco-friendly destination with food corners, a culinary laboratory, and festive programming across 750m².

La Halle Flachat is opening its new permanent location in Asnières-sur-Seine in the Hauts-de-Seine department. After two years of temporary existence, this iconic venue in the 92 department is reinventing itself as a gourmet and responsible destination, designed according to the concept of the "15-minute city." This former 19th-century Eiffel-style market hall, located at 14 rue Henri Martin, is now home to an ambitious project orchestrated by Tom Gargonne, founder of Les Panières.

With its 750m² of interior space and vast south-facing terrace, Halle Flachat offers seating for over 300 people, welcoming families, friends and residents of the Greater Paris region. This rebirth is accompanied by an exceptional inauguration weekend combining gastronomy, culture and entertainment over four consecutive days.

How does La Halle's gourmet concept work?

Gastronomy is the first pillar of this innovative project in Asnières-sur-Seine. Visitors will be able to discover a selection of gourmet corners featuring seasonal produce and short supply chains. The culinary laboratory is amajor innovation, hosting cooking classes for individuals and companies, gastronomic festivals and special meetings with producers.

A wine shop will complete the food offer, accompanied from the opening by a pop-up store featuring decoration, vintage fripperies, illustration and crafts. This ephemeral program promises to evolve on a monthly basis, with the aim of incorporating a carefully selected delicatessen in the near future.

A commitment to eco-responsibility underpins the entire project. La Halle Flachat systematically favors seasonal produce and adopts an active zero-waste approach. The establishment bans PFAS and bisphenol A from all its packaging and consumables, demonstrating its commitment to responsible consumption.

What other assets does this new venue offer?

This environmental philosophy goes hand in hand with a significant local economic impact. From the moment it opens, the project will create 16 direct jobs, with the ambition of eventually creating 33. This development is supported by the Île-de-France Region via the Tourism and Investment Fund, in recognition of the innovative nature of this eco-responsible gourmet market concept.

Entertainment and culture complete the Halle Flachat offer. Events will include DJ sets, shows and plant sales with the Plantes pour tous association. The space will also become a creative ground, with an annually renewed art installation - the first of which is due to open in January 2026.

Seasonal appointments will punctuate the year, with a major event every three months, transforming the hall into a convivial and festive place for the inhabitants of Asnières-sur-Seine and the Greater Paris region. This opening is part of the town's gourmet dynamic, which will also see the inauguration of the Halle des Victoires next October. This second 700m² gourmet hall, located on Place des Victoires, will complete Asnières' culinary offering with a dozen food stands and a central bar in a modern setting designed by Atelier Filippini. "We're proud to offer a place that's not just a destination for eating well, but also a living space where you can entertain, discover and share, all while respecting our environment," says Tom Gargonne, founder of the project.

La Halle Flachat now awaits you to discover its new gourmet and responsible version. The venue is located at 14 rue Henri Martin in Asnières-sur-Seine, easily accessible by public transport via lines J or L with stops at Bois-Colombes or Asnières-sur-Seine stations, or by bus with lines 175, 178, and N52.
