The Culinary Orchestra returns to the Cité des sciences et de l'industrie on March 15 and 16, 2025, for a 100% gourmet weekend of Japanese cooking workshops for the whole family!

The Cité des sciences et de l' industrie is back with another edition of its Orchestre Culinaire! This gourmet festival awaits children (aged 5 and over) and parents alike on March 15 and 16, 2025, for a weekend of Japanese cuisine . Whether you're an enthusiast or just a hobbyist, you can expect to become a real cordon bleu as you learn to cook like a chef!

Don't forget to book the workshops in advance to be sure of access, and make your own pancake puffs, ramen or dorayaki. Attend captivating demonstrations led by passionate chefs and experts, learn unique culinary techniques and discover tips for sublimating Japanese flavors.

You'll also find a selection of authentic products at tasting stands , where you can discover the diversity of Japanese ingredients and specialties, and enjoy a unique sensory experience with surprising combinations of tastes.

Dive into the world of ramen, an emblematic dish with a thousand flavors! A symbol of Japanese street food, ramen is constantly being reinvented. Broth, tare (sauce), aromatic oil, noodles and an infinite number of toppings: everyone can compose their own customized ramen, inspired by traditional recipes. A unique culinary voyage!

  • Sublimating your rice bowl: the donburi experience
