Thanksgiving 2025 at the excellent American bistro Cocoricains

If Thanksgiving is a resolutely American holiday, commemorating the first meal shared between the Pilgrims and the Amerindians in 1621, in recent years this celebration has been exported across the Atlantic to the capital's restaurants and bars.

This is the case at Cocoricains,the excellent American bistronear the Bourse, which is offering a special Thanksgiving 2025 menufrom November 27 to 30 to share with friends, in the purest American tradition.

The two Franco-American friends and owners, Chris Geraghty and Grégoire Pouletty, have made it their mission to introduce Parisian palates to authentic American home cooking. And their mission has been more than successful! For Thanksgiving 2025, the chefs have created a menu that pays tribute to the greatest classics of this holiday.

Virginia peanut soup with turkey broth

Roast turkey served with homemade stuffing and traditional gravy

Mashed sweet potatoes with a dash of maple syrup, roasted Brussels sprouts, cornbread, cranberry sauce

Note that in the vegetarian version, roasted corn ribs replace the Virginia peanut soup and a Thanksgiving pumpkin stew replaces the roast turkey.

And to ensure that as many guests as possible can enjoy the feast, the American bistro will be offering 5 seatings on the big day (12pm, 2pm, 5pm, 7pm, 9pm), 3 seatings on Friday (12pm, 7pm, 9pm), four services on Saturday (12 p.m., 2 p.m., 7 p.m., 9 p.m.), and two services on Sunday (11 a.m., 1:30 p.m.).
