On Saturday, November 22, and Sunday, November 23, 2025, the "Sabor a México" food festival returns to La Palmeraie in Paris with Mexican chefs, workshops, tastings, and traditional performances.

Discover Mexico without leaving the capital... That's the promise of the "Sabor a México" 2025 Gastronomic Festival, a must-see event returning on Saturday, November 22, and Sunday, November 23, 2025, at La Palmeraie (Paris 15th arrondissement).

Organized bythe Paris/Mexico Association in partnership withthe Mexican Embassy and the Mexican Economic Chamber in France, the festival brings together more than 12 chefs from Mexico, accompanied by local talents, to showcase a culinary art that is listed as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.

The festival is designed for all lovers of authentic flavors, those curious about Latin American cultures, and foodies in search of a culinary journey.

A program rich in flavors and discoveries

A lively and immersive setting at La Palmeraie

La Palmeraie, the cultural and festive center of the 15th arrondissement, is transformed for a weekend into a veritable showcase of Mexican culture. Regularly used for major Mexican celebrations in Paris, the venue welcomes visitors in a warm atmosphere, punctuated by music, colors, and the aromas of freshly prepared dishes. The immersion is total, with traditional decorations, colorful stands, and shared laughter over a taco al pastor, a mole poblano, or the famous dish chiles en nogada.

A culinary showcase promoting cultural tourism

This festival does more than just delight the senses, as it has a dual purpose: to celebrate Mexican cuisine as a pillar of identity and culture, while highlighting Mexico's presence and dynamism in France and promoting the country as a gastronomic destination.

The recognition of its cuisine byUNESCO since 2010 makes it a vehicle for culture and identity. That is why the event is designed to be the essential platform for discovering authentic Mexico. It thus aims to boost local trade. As France is one of the countries most inclined to discover Mexico through its flavors, this festival is also a springboard for tourism and sustainable cultural exchanges.

With its Michelin-starred chefs, live shows, and generous program, "Sabor a México" 2025 is much more than a culinary event: it is a true sensory celebration of an entire country, to be experienced in the heart of Paris.
