When it comes to patisserie workshops, it would be hard to find a more comprehensive offering: Chez Bogato teaches children aged 4 and over to get their hands dirty. On the program? Cupcakes, chocolate fondant, macaroons and doughnuts will no longer hold any secrets for your little ones!
Would you rather spend some quality time with your family? Chez Bogato also organizes tandem workshops- one parent and one child - so you can bake just like at home (and reproduce the recipe when you get home). Every Saturday and Sunday, you can choose from a range of cakes, each more creative than the last: a trompe l'oeil garden that turns out to be chocolate fondant, spooky Halloween cupcakes... the choice is yours!
Teenagers aged 10 and over are also entitled to their own Pastry Masterclass on Sundays. In 1 hour 30 minutes, your teenager will be able to reproduce macaroons, chocolate cakes and other sweet treats! What's more, he or she can even earn a pastry chef's CAP by attending the workshops several times.
