A charming green setting in the heart of Paris and a natural, locavore menu orchestrated by chef Anaïs Foray, here you are at Blossom, the restaurant of the Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg hotel. The restaurant has just been awarded the Ecotable label!

Located in the 8th arrondissement, not far from the Champs-Élysées, the5-star Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg hotel invites you to relax and indulge in its Blossom restaurant, carefully concealed in a verdant patio where only the sound of fountains disturbs the Olympian calm.

Chef Anaïs Foray, who has been at the helm of the Blossom kitchen for four years, has created a chic, natural menu that is deliberately short. The menu features a selection of starters, main courses and desserts, all of which feature the finest seasonal fruits and vegetables to accompany a fine piece of meat or a freshly caught fish.

By making it a point of honor to select local, seasonal and responsible produce - fruit and vegetables come from an organic farm in the Perche region - the young chef has earned the coveted and richly deserved Ecotable certification, while for our part, we imagine a future green star in the Michelin Guide.

In the four years we've been coming here to discover the spring menu, Anaïs Foray's cuisine has undeniably become more refined and embellished, ever finer and sharper, and always respectful of the finest produce; all at prices that are more than reasonable for the area - €42 for the starter/main course or main course/dessert menu for lunch and dinner, €47 for the full menu, and €86 for the 5-course menu in the evening only.

For the summer season, we offer creamy burratina with toasted sesame (22€), roasted carrots with maple syrup, mushroom pickles and sesame tuiles, as neat as they are light; white asparagus from the Landes (22€), lightly lemony hollandaise sauce, trout roe, crispy buckwheat and spring herbs; langoustines and wild cockles (40€), pakchoï and cucumber flavored with ginger and Thai basil, warm vinaigrette with candied piquillo and yellow lemon; or roasted homemade gnocchi (32€), Landes green asparagus, pine nut pesto, aged parmesan sauce and asparagus shavings, absolutely delicious.

Full of colors, flavors and scents, vegetables prepared in a thousand and one ways, it's hard to imagine a more pleasant experience, whether the day is hot or rainy. Of course, it's unthinkable to leave without a sweet note from pastry chef Shereen Khelif and her brigade. Let yourself be tempted by the délice cacahuète (13€), peanut mousse, soft cookie, peanut crunch and vanilla ganache with semi-salted caramel sauce; and the rose red fruit soup (13€), redcurrant tapioca and garden flowers - the rose is very light, rest assured.

And there's no shortage of excellent cocktails by mixologist Aurélie Bourré, perfectly balanced, such as the Vallauris cocktail (tequila, sage syrup, watermelon and cucumber; 19€) and the Ramatuelle cocktail (buckwheat, Amaretto, Tequila, Mezcal, coconut milk; 19€). With three women in the restaurant's three main positions - chef, pastry chef and head bartender - the Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg is more than ever a table in tune with the times.

Quite simply, the Blossom is an address that never disappoints.Anaïs Foray 's cuisine is as fair as it is delicate, placing beauty and good produce at the center of the plate through recipes that surpass themselves in sapidity while remaining simple. Settled under the trees of the Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg, time seems to have stood still.
