In June 2017, Christophe Adam inaugurated his new gourmet spot in the capital. After taking the world by storm with his incredible eclairs de génie, the Pastry Chef took on a new challenge by opening Dépôt Légal, a new venue honoring uninhibited, sharing and quality cuisine, based on 100% homemade and fresh produce.
With its mix of savoury and sweet dishes, Dépôt Légal has been a popular address for gourmets ever since it opened.
A la carte: the delicious Vivienne croque with truffle fromage frais, Paris ham and beaufort, a creamy burrata served in a tin, or a " big toasté " with ham, chicken or salmon.
Gourmets will appreciate the snack, available from 3pm to 6pm. On the menu? A giant profiterole prepared with a creamy chocolate sauce, served directly from a chocolate fountain, but also mini-babas served in a small bento box with a "homemade" citrus arranged rum to dip directly into Chantilly, or a caramelized apple terrine...
And on Sundays, it's brunch with a fruit juice, a hot drink, a croissant (or pancake), poached eggs and brioche bread, homemade granola, a cocktail, but above all... a crazy éclair to finish the meal.
Away from the hustle and bustle of Paris, we take the time to relax and savor the delicious dishes prepared by our Chef.
