Homer Lobster : a second address in Saint-Germain-des-Prés

Moise Sfez has a second Homer Lobster restaurant in the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district!

And of two! Not content with delighting the inhabitants of the 4th arrondissement (and elsewhere!) with his first Homer Lobster, Moise Sfez has now set up shop in the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district with a second restaurant.

At Homer Lobster, you can taste authentic Lobster roll Delicatessen as you can find it in the United States : fresh blue lobster, precise seasoning, generous home-made brioche specially elaborated for Homer Lobster... In short, the top of the top.

At Homer Lobster Saint-Germain, you will find the 4 emblematic recipes of lobster roll by Moise Sfez:

  • the Classic, where the lobster is chopped and mixed with a homemade mayonnaise with lemon to keep it chewy and fresh
  • the Connecticut, the best seller of the house (crowned best lobster roll in the world) where the lobster is slightly warmed and seasoned with lemon butter and a secret blend of aromatic herbs
  • the Avocado, where the lobster is mixed with Guacamole
  • the Amarillo, the new kid on the block, with a secret Peruvian chili sauce

New 100% American recipes are also expected in the fall, such as the lobster grilled-cheese, the crab roll, the shrimp roll, the beef bbq roll, the salmon & lox or the mac and cheese.

In short, an opening that we are looking forward to!
